IMEC offers a low loss Silicon Nitride platform based on a LPCVD process. The platform includes all relevant passive building blocks (fiber-chip couplers, splitters, low loss waveguides, filters, TO phase shifters ...). Inclusion of EO-phase modulators is under development.
