The Terms of Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot data use policy (GDPR) 

These principles constitute aggregated information obligations in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, for the benefit of data subjects (you, User) that provide their personal data to AMIRES, The Business Innovation Management Institute, z.ú. (Czech Republic) on behalf of Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot – The EU's Horizon Europe projects, Grant agreement no. 101113901 and 101079926 (we) as a data controller.

To be used to manage the Users’ registration.

Email contact, first and last name, employers’ details, company detail including sector, phone, company website, themes of interest

The consent granted by accepting the personal data processing clause

The personal data will be kept while the User continues using the Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot platform, until the registration is cancelled. If the User requests exiting the platform permanently, all related data will be correctly deleted according to the GDPR normative.
To publish the Users’ company data on the Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot platform in order to allow an interested party to connect with Users directly. Email contact, employers’ details, company detail including sector, company website

The personal data will be kept while the User continues using the Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot platform. If the user wishes to have all data erased from the database, this will be done upon request.

IS IT COMPULSORY TO PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE FORMS ON THE WEBSITE?

In order to use the benefit of the Ecosystem Management Platform (EMP) in the Qu-Test &Qu-Pilot, Users must complete the spaces marked "compulsory" (denoted by ‘*’). If they do not complete the required personal data or only partially provide them, this could mean that ABIMI (on behalf of the Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot) is unable to deal with their requests and therefore ABIMI (on behalf of the Qu-Test & Qu-Pilot) will be exonerated from all liability for not rendering or not fully rendering the requested services.

CAN I DISCLOSE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN THE REGISTRATION FORM?

No, the data provided in the application (company details, service descriptions) will be public therefore do no use, any Confidential Information of the Company.

TO WHOM WILL USERS’ DATA BE DISCLOSED?

Users’ data is public in order to allow the interested parties to contact Users directly for users’ offered services.

All our third-party providers are compliant with EU data privacy regulations. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information. We do record, through our service provider, information on who opens newsletters and who clicks on which stories. Our provider will only access this data if we ask them for help in a technical query. We use this information to improve and focus our news coverage; we will not pass this information to anyone else except in aggregated and hence anonymous form.

WHAT ARE USERS’ RIGHTS REGARDING THEIR PERSONAL DATA?

Users may exercise their right of access to their personal data and to request rectification of any incorrect data or, if need be, request deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained. They may also request restriction, portability and objection to their data being processed under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation. They are also entitled to withdraw their consent at any time without this retroactively affecting the personal data processing carried out up to such time. Users may exercise their aforementioned rights, according to the terms and conditions in the law in force, by submitting a request by email to mwangij@amires.eu
