We offer diamond layers with a wide range of thickness and doping concentrations. These layers can be grown by chemical vapour deposition on diamonds provided by the customer or on commercially available substrates. Films with in situ incorporated nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centres can be provided as well as intrinsic or 12C isotope enriched layers.
