We offer free-standing, nitrogen-doped diamond plates that are produced by chemical vapour deposition. Part of the nitrogen (usually less than 1 %) is incorporated in the form of nitrogen vacancies (NV) centres. Crystals with 100, 110 and 111 are currently available, other orientations are possible on request. Post-processing such as polishing and shaping by laser cutting can be carried out on demand.
