Qu-Pilot
This process is suitable for fabrication of extremely low-loss Josephson junctions for superconducting qubits or other circuits remaining a similarly high degree of coherence. Combined with Nb electrodes in the so called paddle geometry, qubit T1 times up to 300 µs have been demonstrated, with qubit frequencies in the range of 4 GHz. Specifications: Standard chip sizes: 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm, 2.5 mm x 5.0 mm, 5.0 mm x 5.0 mm, 10 mm x 5.0 mm, 10 mm x 10 mm (others on case-by-case basis) Junction orientation: All junctions on the chip must be oriented the same way. Tunnel resistance at room temperature: 4 to 10 kΩ
Manhattan qubits
Conventional planar transmon qubits with Manhattan junctions fabricated and characterized at VTT
Measured T1 times
T1 times measured for a conventional planar transmon qubit fabricated and characterized at VTT. The qubit electrodes are Nb-based and patterned into a lumped-element geometry.
