Cryogenic characterization of DC and RF component
Organization name
TNO
Service
Qu-Test
Description
Testing of quantum and classical devices in a dilution refrigerator. These may include: SQUID-based and other parametric amplifiers, other types of superconducting qubits (e.g. fluxonium, gatemon or cat qubits), quantum-dot-based and hybrid super-semiconducting devices. Testing and supplementation of the data sheets for microwave components operated outside of the nominal specification (cables, filters, connectors etc.), including matching, input and return losses, with respect to a cryogenic reference. RF measurements in 0.01-4 GHz and 4-12 GHz bands with up to 48 DC lines and the time-domain control capacity equivalent to a three flux-tunable transmon device.
