VIS-NIR Photonic integrated circuit in Si(O)N with single and multi mode waveguides directly on chip coupled to integrated single-photon detectors based on FBK's SPAD technology ( 600-850nm). A variety of optical building blocks can be used (tapers, MZI, couplers, phase shifters etc.) The platform includes uses thermal heaters and deep trenches.
