Opto-electronic probe station to test and characterize quantum PICs. Horizontal and vertical input/output coupling. Various range of low frequency probes, DC Wedges (DC probe array) and high frequency probes (up to 67GHz). InGaAs SPADs are available for single-photon detection at telecom wavelengths and silicon SPADs at visible wavelengths. PIC sizes can range from 1 x 1 mm up to 20 x 20 mm. Temperature Control from +20 °C to + 150°C. Configurations and pitches for optical coupling and electrical probing are specified in the file attached.
