Simulation and Performance assessment of Microresonators. The service include: finite-element simulation of the microresonator behaviour and the performance assessment with a state-of-the-art narrow-linewidth tunable laser (linewidth < 10 kHz, optionally reduced to < 1 Hz by stabilization to a superior cavity-stabilized laser at 1156 nm via an optical comb) and a 3-axis alignment stage. The performance assessment includes: resonance frequency, repetition rate, linewidth, quality factor, thermal noise, free spectral range (FSR), mode volume, dispersion properties, coupling efficiency, thermal stability, pump power requirements, soliton generation capability.
