Fabrication and testing of warm Rb-based MEMS cells on 6-inch wafers. The service include: the MEMS cell fabrication and the consequent testing by using a fiber-coupled distributed feedback (DFB) laser at 780 nm. The testing includes: relative absorbtion, stability assessment, 2-photon transition spectroscopy.
